NUJ Ughelli Elections: Ogbagah Announces Victory Thanksgiving Service For February 22, 2026.

Members of the Ughelli Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) have been formally invited to attend the chapel’s Election Victory Thanksgiving Service following the successful conduct of its recent elections and the emergence of new leadership.
The invitation was conveyed by the Chairman of the chapel, Matthias Ogbagah, who described the thanksgiving as a moment of gratitude to God for a peaceful electoral process and a renewed commitment to unity, professionalism, and service within the union.
According to a statement signed by the Chapel Secretary, Comrade Henry Ubus, the special service is scheduled to hold on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. at the Church of Transfiguration Anglican Church, located behind Tozak Hotel in Ekiugbo, Ughelli.
The statement further disclosed that a reception will follow immediately after the service at Oil Motel City by Setraco.
Members of the chapel have been urged to attend punctually and participate fully in what has been described as a significant spiritual and fellowship gathering aimed at strengthening unity within the union
